3105 aluminum is a 3xxx aluminum alloy with 98% aluminium content and trace alloying elements. It has excellent forming and welding properties and 20% higher strength than 1000 series aluminum.

The main forms of 3105 aluminum is 3105 aluminum coil and aluminum sheet. It has good electrical conductivity, excellent mechanical properties, high shear strength, tensile strength and yield strength. Its common tempers are O, H12, H14, H18 and H22. It is widely used for cake trays, bottle cap, tea cans, color coated aluminum coil, shutter,etc.

3105 aluminum has good electrical conductivity. Due to the addition of 0.3% copper, the conductivity of the 3105 aluminum plate can reach 41%. Like 3004 aluminum plate, 3105 aluminum sheet has excellent arc welding performance, and can accept gas welding, contact spot welding and wire welding.
