Another production process is continuous production, which is directly pressed on the roll by coiling machine and embossing equipment, so that the pattern trend of the same batch of aluminum tread plate is completely consistent, and the output is high. The disadvantage is that the minimum order quantity is large. The minimum order is 5-7 tons, and the investment cost of equipment is high.

After rolling, there will be various patterns on the surface of the aluminum plate. Of course, this has not been completed, and subsequent processing such as cutting, annealing, and flatness correction is required. After passing the inspection, 2mm checker plate can be put into storage and wait for delivery.
