They have the advantages of low density, high strength, good formability, good hydrophilicity, high stability, and good surface treatment, making it an indisputable PS/CTP plate base material.

1050 aluminum sheet

Its purity can reach over 99.00%. Since it does not contain other technical elements, the production is relatively simple and the price is relatively cheap. It is a series commonly used in conventional industries.

1070 aluminum sheet

1070 alloy is currently the highest purity alloy in the pure aluminum series. The aluminum content of 1070 aluminum plate is 99.7%, of which the content of copper, manganese and other elements does not exceed 0.03%.

It has the characteristics of high plasticity, low strength, corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and the electrical conductivity can reach more than 35.7 S/m. The price of 1070 aluminum plate is slightly higher than that of 1060 aluminum plate, so the cost needs to be considered.

The materials and processes used in the production of 1060 aluminum plates are relatively simple and have little environmental pollution. The production process of 1070 aluminum plates requires the use of some high-tech processes and materials, which causes slightly higher environmental pollution. Therefore, in terms of environmental performance, 1060 aluminum plate is relatively better.

There are also differences in mechanical properties between 1060 aluminum plates and 1070 aluminum plates. 1060 aluminum plate has low strength, good plasticity and ductility, and is suitable for some processing occasions that require bending and forming. The strength of 1070 aluminum plate is slightly higher, the toughness and plasticity are slightly worse than that of 1060 aluminum plate, but the hardness and corrosion resistance are better than 1060 aluminum plate.
