3003 5052 Extra Wide Aluminum Coil for Vehicle and Roof

New energy vehicles use batteries as power to drive the vehicle. Due to the weight constraints of power batteries, the light weight of new energy vehicles will directly determine its cruising range. As the most suitable lightweight material for automobiles at present, aluminum alloy is regarded as the best material for new energy vehicles in the medium and long term in the future.

For roof tile,the general choices are 1xxx and 3xxx aluminum coils like 1060 and 3003 aluminum coil. 3003 aluminum coil is well known for anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties. Because of the addition of manganese, 3xxx aluminum coils are more resistant to corrosion than 1xxx pure aluminum such as water, air, gasoline, inorganic salts. Not only that, it can also resist the corrosion of vinyl acids, and can be applied to a variety of special living environments.

Aluminum coil pressing means that aluminum coils are pressed into various types of profiled aluminum plates or corrugated aluminum plates after being passed through pressing equipment, which can be divided into plain aluminum coil pressing and color coated aluminum coil pressing. Aluminum coil 3003 is widely used in equipment insulation, roof and wall.

The aluminum coil needs to be in the softened H24 state to ensure that the pressing is not cracked. In fact, the pressing is similar to bending. After pressing, the strength increases. It can be used on the roof of the building and also becomes the roof insulation aluminum plate.
