The 1xxx aluminum alloy sheets for closures are 1050, 1060, 1070 and 1100. They belong to pure aluminum alloy. Since the production process is relatively simple, its price is relatively cheap. It is the most commonly used series in the conventional processing industry. However, for some bottle caps with special requirements, the performance of the 1 series may not reach the standard.

The 3xxx aluminum closure sheets are mainly 3003, 3104 and 3105. It is an aluminum plate with manganese added and is of good anti-rust performance. It is usually used in the production of bottle caps, air conditioners, refrigerators, car bottoms,etc. The price is higher than the 1 series.

The 5xxx aluminum bottle cap material is 5052, 5005, 5083 and 5A05. The main element is magnesium, and the magnesium content is between 3-5%. It can also be called aluminum-magnesium alloy. The main features are low density, high tensile strength and high elongation.
The 8xxx aluminum bottle cap material is 8011 aluminum foil. Aluminum alloy 8011 is the most commonly used aluminum plate for bottle caps, and it is also used in radiators, most of which are aluminum coils and aluminum foils.
