In today's rapidly developing electronics and electrical appliance industry, lightweight, high conductivity, and excellent heat dissipation have become core requirements for material selection. Aluminum strip, with its unique physicochemical properties and precise compatibility with different alloy grades, plays an indispensable role in many core components.

Transformer Winding

Transformers are the core components for power transmission and electronic equipment power supply. The winding, as the "heart" of the transformer, directly affect the conductivity and operational stability of the equipment. In the manufacturing of high- and low-voltage winding of dry-type transformers, 1060 aluminum strip is the absolute main material.

1060-O aluminum strip is soft, with a smooth, burr-free surface, allowing for precise conforming to the winding requirements. Simultaneously, its resistivity is ≤0.028, and its conductivity is second only to copper, while its cost is only a fraction of that of copper, significantly reducing the manufacturing cost of transformers.

Transformer winding made with 1060 aluminum strip enable dry-type transformers to possess advantages such as small size, light weight, good insulation performance, and low operating noise, making them widely used in high-rise buildings, commercial centers, residential areas, and other scenarios.

It's worth noting that transformers place extremely high demands on the technical specifications of aluminum strip. Capacitor Casings

Capacitors are key components in electronic circuits, storing charge and filtering impurities. Cable Shielding

The core function of cable shielding is to block these interferences and ensure stable signal transmission, and aluminum strip is an excellent material for making shielding layers.

Aluminum itself has good conductivity, forming an effective electromagnetic shielding barrier that isolates interfering signals outside the cable. For example, heat sinks in small household appliances and on ordinary circuit boards often use 1060 aluminum strip, which can quickly conduct heat generated by components, ensuring stable equipment operation.

However, in applications such as computer CPU coolers and LED lighting substrates where both heat dissipation and structural strength are crucial, 3003 aluminum strip offers a greater advantage. It not only retains good thermal conductivity but also benefits from the increased strength provided by manganese, allowing it to withstand the processing and installation pressures of heat sinks. Its corrosion resistance also prevents oxidation damage under prolonged high-temperature environments.

In the condenser and evaporator pipes of home appliances such as refrigerators and air conditioners, aluminum strips can also improve refrigeration efficiency by increasing the heat exchange area, achieving a dual function of "heat dissipation + sealing".
