White Aluminum Gutter Coil Stock

Aluminum gutter coil s a new type of material that is more popular now. Because of the bending strength of colorful aluminum coils, it can withstand extreme environmental conditions such as outdoor ultraviolet radiation, wind and rain, and at the same time does not fade and bend.

The color of the gutter coil stock is usually adjusted according to Ral or Pantone color card (PANTONE), and the paint is usually fluorocarbon or polyester paint. It is usually produced by the international advanced roller coating process, which can ensure that the surface of the color-coated aluminum coil is dust-free and of no color difference. White coil stock is a popular choice.

The color coated aluminum coils have three major advantages. The common one is the fire-proof function. The selection of new flame-retardant materials can effectively prevent fires from happening. The difference between Al-Mn-Mg gutter coil and color steel plate

1. Different service life

The Al-Mg-Mn aluminum sheet has good corrosion resistance because it can form a layer of aluminum oxide film with the atmosphere, which makes its life longer. But the color steel plate is different. It is particularly prone to corrosion and rust in a humid environment, which can cause breakage.

2. Different lightning protection

Usually these two kinds of building materials are mostly used in exterior walls, so their lightning protection also needs to be considered, but the thickness of aluminum-magnesium-manganese plates is generally 0.7-0.9 mm, which can play a good role in lightning protection; while thickness of the steel plate is only 0.5 mm, and the lightning protection is not as good as the former, so another shelf is needed to prevent it.

3. Different strength and stiffness

Although the aluminum in the Al-Mg-Mn gutter coil stock has no obvious yield point in its strength and hardness, it has a certain strength and rigidity because it also contains magnesium and manganese. As for the color steel plate, its strength and rigidity will be better than the former, and it is not easy to deform.
