The Alloys of Air Conditioner Foil

Air conditioner foil is used as the raw material of the heat-conducting fin for the air conditioner radiator. It has the advantages of small density, good thermal conductivity, easy processing, no odor, environmental protection and low price.

Aluminum foil has been used in the production of air conditioner at home for more than 20 years and get rapid development in the pat 10 years. With the rapidly spread of the use of air conditioner year by year, the demand for aluminum foil for air conditioners is also rising.

At present, the common air conditioner foils are 3102 and 8011 aluminum foil for sale. The common tempers are H22/H24/H26, and the thickness range is 0.08-0.2 mm. There are certain differences in strength and plasticity in each temper. As for which alloy and temper of aluminum foil to choose, it depends on the actual situation.
