1000 series aluminium circles for utensils has aluminum content over 99%. It has excellent formability, high reflectivity and good anodizing performance. It is applicable for making ordinary cooking utensils (depth <400 mm). The further processing has grinding, sandblasting, coloring,etc.

3000 series aluminum discs have excellent formability and high elongation, which can be used in deep drawing process. It can be used to make non-stick pan, pressure cooker, pot,etc.The further processing includes anodizing, enamel, spraying, deep drawing, etc.

5000 series aluminum circle has low material density, high tensile strength and elongation, good fatigue strength and higher grain size. 5052 aluminum disc circle is an ideal material for the oil tight hatch cover of the yacht due to its strong corrosion resistance, anti-aging performance and UV protection.

Quality Control
