1. Plain Aluminum Foil

2. Hydrophilic aluminum foil

The smaller the angle a, the better the hydrophilic performance, and vice versa. Hydrophilic aluminum foil is generally used on condensers of air conditioners.

Its main function is to make the moisture in the hot air condense into water droplets on the heat exchange sheet and spread easily and flow down the sheet. In this way, the ventilation effect of the heat exchanger will not be influenced by water droplets, thus improving the heat exchange rate of the air conditioner, and saving electric energy under the condition of the same cooling capacity.

3. Hydrophobic aluminum foil

Its surface has a certain anti-corrosion protective layer, and the air conditioner heat exchanger made of this product can be applied to relatively harsh areas, and can significantly improve the service life of the air conditioner.

At the same time, due to the improvement of the corrosion resistance of the heat exchange fins, the generation of surface corrosion powder is greatly reduced, thereby improving the ventilation quality and purifying the air in the air-conditioned room.

4. Self-lubricating aluminum foil

In the process of processing and manufacturing the air-conditioning heat exchange fin, lubricating oil should be added to its surface first. As the name implies, self-lubricating aluminum foil does not need to add lubricating oil separately during its punching process. Since there is no need to add lubricating oil, the subsequent cleaning and drying processes of trichloroethylene are also omitted.

5. Anti-mildew aluminum foil

Anti-mildew aluminum foil is mainly used in the indoor unit part of the air conditioner. Its main function is to prevent the surface of the heat exchange fin from becoming moldy due to the use or placement for a long time, thereby significantly improving the ventilation quality of the air conditioner and preventing the generation of abnormal odors.
