Take white powder coated aluminium for example. The 60°gloss value of the coating should be consistent with the contract, and the allowable deviation is ±5 gloss units. The coating color should be basically consistent with the standard color plate stipulated in the contract.
When measured by an instrument, the color difference between the single-color coating and the standard color plate is ΔEab*≤1.5, and the color difference between the same batch of products is ΔEab*≤1.5. The coating has passed the pencil scratch test, and the hardness is ≥1H.
