                            The aluminum mirror sheet for flood lighting can be divided into DC and CC aluminum sheet. Fore anodizing or bending, the better choice is DC aluminium sheet. In terms of the surface treatment, it is of different types: mirror finish aluminum sheet, anodized aluminum mirror sheet, color coated aluminum mirror sheet and embossed aluminum mirror sheet.

                            Most mirror finish aluminum sheet use calendering and polishing. process. The 6-8mm thick cast-rolled or hot-rolled coil is rolled by mirror rollers to the required thickness, and then hot water is used to clean the surface oil stains.

                            After stretching and straightening, it will be covered with protection film. Subsequent cutting or slitting will let our aluminum mirror coil into the required aluminum mirror sheet or aluminum mirror strip. The mirror surface needs rolling 8-10 times.

                            The floodlighting is the main application of aluminum reflector sheet. For this application, the aluminum mirror sheet is required to have no intensive vertical or oblique small scratches (white line), or highlights, color difference or other defects. Haomei aluminum reflector sheet has a thickness tolerance within +/-0.02mm, wide tolerance within +/-1mm. Special tolerance requirement could be agreed after confirmation.
