The main production is finished on the roll coating production line. It includes the preparation of raw material, washing, dryhing, chromizing, drying, primer, baking, cooling, topcoat, baking, cooling, inspection, film and finished product. If the customers needs other patterns, the prepainted aluminum coil will be embossed and baked.
